We offer luxury ground transport for pets within the continental U.S., along with related concierge care. All services are subject to availability, booking confirmation, and a signed service agreement prior to transport.

• A completed inquiry form is the first step.
   
• Once confirmed, you’ll receive a personalized quote.
   
• A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your pet’s ride.
   
• Cancellations or changes are handled on a case-by-case basis. We believe in fair, flexible policies — but also respect our team’s time and planning.
   

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date info about your pet(s) and their needs
   
• Follow all prep instructions provided before pick-up
   
• Disclose any medical issues, behavioral concerns, or special care needs in advance
   

We reserve the right to decline service if we feel a transport scenario could compromise safety — yours, ours, or your pet’s.

Our team does not sedate pets. We operate crate-free unless medically necessary or explicitly requested. All protocols prioritize calm, control, and comfort.

Abuse, threats, or harassment toward our staff (online or offline) will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

All content on this site — including logos, text, design elements, and media — is owned by Sugar’s Posh Pet Express. Please don’t copy, republish, or reuse it without written permission.

We take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety and well-being during transit. However, by using our services, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and agree not to hold Sugar’s Posh Pet Express liable for unexpected incidents beyond our control.

We may update these Terms at any time. If anything major changes, we’ll note it on our site or contact you directly if you’re actively booked.
