We dispense medication per veterinary instruction. Crates are only used when medically necessary or at the explicit request of the client. While we proudly offer a crate-free experience, that never means unsafe — our protocols prioritize control, comfort, and calm handling from start to finish. 

Sugar’s Posh Pet Express proudly transports any companion animal that can be legally and safely relocated. If your pet has unique needs, we’re happy to discuss accommodations.

Every journey includes hands-on care, thoughtful coordination, and real-time communication — not just transportation. From managing breeder and family logistics to feeding, exercising, and monitoring your pet’s well-being, we show up with intention at every step. Overnight routes may include lodging, tolls, and supply costs, all tailored to your pet’s unique experience.

We provide real-time updates throughout your pet’s journey — from departure to delivery. These updates are shared via text or voice note, often with photos when possible. You’ll always know where your fur-baby is and how they’re doing along the way. 

Final pick-up dates for transport are determined by our logistics team based on route coordination and availability. While your inquiry lets us know your preferred window, we’ll match it with the most efficient, safest route possible. If you need a firm date, just let us know — we’ll do everything we can to accommodate. 

We serve the entire continental U.S., with carefully mapped and coordinated transport routes. Whether your pet is headed across the state or across the country, we’ve got you covered. Not sure if we serve your area? Just ask — we’re happy to confirm. 

Generally, we ask for your pet’s travel leash or collar, feeding instructions, and any necessary meds. Including a familiar item like a blanket or toy can help your pet feel even more at ease on the road.
